AppSoft™ World to be launched alongside the latest re-envisioning of AppGMS™.
A continued demand for control has led AppSoft™ to place power back with its users. Spending several months developing a back end system to give clients the power to see, control, request and moderate.
My World is the start of an expanding project that will grant clients a user interface where they will have the potential to see and manage many aspects of their own facilities with AppSoft™.
Clients will be granted full control over:
- A new simple and intuitive support system.
- Their own products, employees, and websites.
- A development timeline and request system. (Tailor the system to your own needs).
- Their licences, purchases and renewals.
- Plus much more to come...
This on-going process has been initiated with the intent to keep users 'in the loop' allowing them to stay up to date with what's happening in the world of AppSoft™. Be empowered by knowing where AppSoft™ products are heading, what changes can be expected and when. It is important to us that our customers know that the train is moving and there are always new features on the horizon.
Pushing development to a new level.
It is AppSoft™'s intent to let their clients have a say in what those changes are. Choose your own developments, system changes and improvements. If changes are in popular demand you will likely see them in upcoming releases and it will cost you nothing. You will also be able to track these developments in a timeline that will log when all changes are likely to be made and when you can expect to see them.
Support Level 2
By popular demand we have now given clients full access to every support request they make. Users will be able to create, edit and upload request whenever they desire, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The new support system will be unveiled along with a new support level agreement that will outline our commitment to making sure all queries are answered and in a timely fashion.
Additionally AppSoft™ will be placing at your fingertips a comprehensive support database with:
- Frequently asked questions and answers,
- Documented tutorials,
- Video guides,
- Community support forum (Discuss and ask questions with like-minded users).
